During a hearing tomorrow, the district attorney will request its permit be cancelled, saying it violates the city's ordinance banning the sale of alcohol within 1,000 feet of a public school. Spec's is about 675 feet away from a school.
Spec's Liquor says it has a permit. The county says the city issued the permit by mistake.
