It happened on Homestead near Ley Road in northeast Houston yesterday.
The victim, Tyre Piper, 35, of Houston suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say one of the men pulled a gun and pointed it at the other man during an argument at the car wash. The second male then pulled out a gun, shooting and killing the other male.
Authorities say two bystanders also suffered non life-threatening injuries when they were shot by stray bullets. Witnesses state that approximately 16 rounds were fired between the two men.
