It happened on FM 2090 at Joy Village. Officers say the motorcycle riders came around a curve and were heading straight for the SUV.
Authorities confirmed the 14-year-old boy who was taken by a Life Flight to Memorial Hermann has died. His father was listed in serious condition.
Three motorcycles avoided the vehicle, but one slammed into the SUV. The driver of the SUV was not hurt.
