The Dynamo haven't allowed a goal in more than four games since a 1-0 loss to New York on April 4. Houston won its third straight while Dallas (1-6-1) lost its third in a row, scoring one goal during that span.
Kamara gave Houston the lead after receiving a nice cross from Stuart Holden from the left side to the right box and going high over FC Dallas' Steve Purdy for the header from the right box to the left side of the net.
