Galveston wedding brawl referred to grand jury

The jury will decide whether charges should be filed against the Galveston police officers disciplined over the incident. Officers used Tasers on a father and son at the wedding party last October.

Thirteen people were arrested when a riot broke out. Backe, who was a guest, was one of them. An internal investigation faulted the officers for improper documentation.
