Cy-Fair ISD, Alief cancel classes; Katy ISD delayed

The Cy-Fair ISD has canceled classes for the day because of flooding in the area. The Alief ISD has also canceled classes for the day. The Katy ISD changed from a delay to a decision to cancel classes for the day.
