Six indicted in alleged school fight club

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX In March, police obtained a cell phone with videos of staged fights at the Corpus Christi State School. Police said then that those charged were the one who could be identified in fights where there were clear injuries. They believed the late-night fights went on for at least a year.

The Corpus Christi Caller-Times reported in Friday's editions that D'Angelo Riley, 22; Jesse Salazar, 25; Guadalupe Delarosa Jr., 22; Vincent Johnson, 22; and Timothy Dixon, 30; were all indicted on a charge of injury to a disabled person, a third-degree felony.

Stephanie Garza, 21, faces the same charge but as a state jail felony. Garza was accused of failing to intervene.
