Woman found dead in SE Houston

The woman's body was discovered in a vacant lot at 3930 Swingle near Cullen.

Police said her body was in the beginning stages of decomposing. They're waiting on the medical examiner to shed more clues on her identity and how she died. The woman was wearing blue and white pin stripe shorts and a gray and navy blue top.
