Jury selection continues in ex-cop's trial

Robert Fratta is charged with capital murder. In 1996, he was convicted for the death of his wife, Farrah, and sentenced to death.

But a judge overturned the decision in 2007, saying the confessions from the suspected hit men should not have been admitted as evidence.
