Stafford police shoot and kill teenager

Investigators said police got a call of a disturbance and when an officer arrived at the home, he and the 19-year old started fighting. They ended up wrestling on the ground, and the officer shot the teenager.

The officer, who has been on the force for two years, was slightly hurt.
