The 15-year-old was found Friday when firefighters were called to a house fire on Antoine at Arncliffe in northwest Houston. He initially said he had been kidnapped, but police say he later admitted to making up the story and now he's also admitted to setting the fire.
The teen is facing arson charges and charges of filing a false report of child abuse.
