The Garbage Gobble is sponsored by Clean Galveston, Ameri-corps, impact and Help-4-Galveston. Residents are encouraged to come out and help clear the streets of storm-damaged materials. Everyone will meet at Alamo Elementary School.
The event starts at 8am and will last until 1pm. Cleaning supplies will be limited.
Tomorrow is the last day for residential and commercial debris removal in Galveston.
