Deputy fired after allegedly shooting jailer

Investigators say former Deputy Jorge Figueroa shot James Perez during a confrontation at Figueroa's home over the weekend. Figueroa has been fired. Authorities tell us his wife had an affair with Perez.

Perez is a civilian jailer at the Harris County jail. He is home recovering from his wounds.
