Deputies say he was found in an apartment on Goodson at the North Freeway just before 2am. It is not clear when he was stabbed, but officers say the victim and his girlfriend were involved in a wreck at a car dealership earlier in the night. Investigators say, the couple then walked to their apartment and called for help.
Authorities have no suspects at this time.
