Family escapes apartment fire

Flames broke out around 2am at the Memorial Apartments on Nottingham Oaks near Memorial. Crews kept the fire to one upstairs unit. The family inside got out safely.

Firefighters believe someone left the stove on. That ignited some grease which then quickly spread the fire.
