TX Supreme Ct. Justice's wife due in court

Earlier this year, /*Fran Medina*/ pleaded not guilty to arson charges. Medina is accused of burning down their home in June of last year.

Medina and her husband were both originally indicted on arson charges. Those charges were dropped but Fran Medina was re-indicted.
