An officer started chasing the car after the driver ran a red light near Cavalcade. The officer attempted to pull the car over but the driver took off. The suspect later lost control on a wet road and crashed.
He then got out and started running. Officers found him and took him into custody. Investigators say the car he was in was stolen.
