Salvador Solis is now locked up. Pasadena police say he went to a massage parlor, then asked the woman for sexual favors. When she refused, investigators say he pulled out a badge, handcuffed her and took $60 he'd paid her for the massage.
The woman got out of the cuffs and got away. She wasn't hurt.
