Voters approve Sugar Land entertainment complex

SUGAR LAND, TX The four props authorize the next step and funding of Sugar Land's cultural-entertainment district. The proposed complex would include a minor league baseball stadium, indoor concert venue, festival site and cultural arts facility.

City leaders claim the complex would keep money in Fort Bend County while opponents worry it could create too much noise.
