Brothers settle suit with lawyer over fees

HOUSTON Attorney Lloyd Kelley and Sean and Erik Ibarra settled for $57,000. The Ibarra's accused Kelley of overcharging them by more than $100,000.

Kelley helped the Ibarras win a $1.7 million settlement from the county.
