Teen sentenced for deadly crash

BAYTOWN, TX Bobby Davis, 16, pleaded no contest to four counts of manslaughter. Today a judge sentenced him to eight years in juvenile custody.

Davis was behind the wheel of a stolen SUV that crashed into a train in June 2007. Davis' 14-year-old brother was killed, along with three of their friends. Davis was originally charged with four counts of felony murder.

When he turns 18, he'll either be transferred to a state prison or be put on parole. He faced up to 20 years in custody.
