Estate of Dave Garrett sues helicopter co.

HOUSTON Garrett and Pilot John Downhower died when the helicopter crashed in Montgomery County two weeks ago.

The lawsuit by Garrett's estate claims fraud and negligence against Helicopters, Inc, in part, for not knowing the dangers of the helicopter.

We contacted Helicopters Inc for a comment, but our calls were not returned.
