Rain blamed for big rig crash

HOUSTON Just before 2am, the 18-wheeler slammed into a concrete wall near the San Jacinto exit. Investigators say the driver, who was not hurt, was going way too fast for the slick conditions.

More rain is in the forecast today before the skies clear for a beautiful weekend.
