Glenn was arrested July 31 after an employee at a commercial shipping store called police to say he'd found drugs in a box a man was trying to have sent in the mail. He posted $27,000 bond and was released from jail in August. Glenn resigned the day after his arrest.
Police have said they found heroin, other drugs and drug paraphernalia at Glenn's apartment that day. Five days later, police seized 50 marijuana plants from a home owned by Glenn.
