Former city attorney considers mayoral run

A former city attorney could soon shake things up by throwing his hat into the ring for succeeding Mayor Bill White. Gene Locke served as city attorney under Mayor Bob Lanier. He now tells Eyewitness News that he is seriously considering running for mayor. Locke has been in private practice the past decade.

At least three other people have already said they are also running for Houston mayor.
