HOUSTON It happened around 3:30am between Greens Road and the Rankin exit. According to a witness, a driver started skidding across the freeway and rolled several times. Two people in the car died and three others were sent to the hospital in critical condition.
Police say they believe the female driver fell asleep and when she woke up, she was about to rear end another car and overcorrected, leading to the accident.
