Prison escapee back in custody

BRAZORIA COUNTY, TX Authorities found 54-year-old Marlow Reynolds hiding in a wooded area near the San Bernard River in Brazoria County last night. He escaped from a prison unit in Rosharon on September 9.

Authorities got a tip Saturday that Marlow had been spotted in Brazoria. In 2004, he was given a 40 year prison sentence for a murder in Liberty County.
