Obama says McCain's claim of being able to change Washington doesn't fly because he's just like President Bush. Obama got lots of laughs when he said: "You can put lipstick on a pig," but "It's still a pig."
McCain's campaign calls the comment "offensive and disgraceful" and says Obama owes Palin an apology. Obama's campaign says he wasn't talking about Palin, and the GOP outrage is "a pathetic attempt to play the gender card."
