OKLAHOMA CITY, OK The song was written by an Oklahoman.
Ten songs have been chosen as finalists, all written or sung by
Oklahomans. Other contenders include Three Dog Night's "Never Been
to Spain," written by an Oklahoman; Leon Russell's "Home Sweet
Oklahoma"; "After Midnight" by J.J. Cale; and "Do You
Realize?" by the Flaming Lips.
