Man found shot on hotel stairwell

HOUSTON It happened around 10:30pm at the Quality Suites hotel on Vantage Parkway and the Sam Houston Parkway.

Guests reported hearing several gunshots. They later discovered a gunshot victim in a stairwell. He died at the hospital.

No arrests have been made. Police believe this shooting may have been linked to drugs.
