Family in fear after murder suspect is freed

HOUSTON Police say James Quick, 66, shot and killed Michelle Melton earlier this month. But now, Quick is out on bond and the family says they're terrified.

"My daughter sleeps with me and she is having dreams that he is coming over here," said the victim's husband, Charles Melton. "Everybody is scared to death of him."

The family is seeking a restraining order and a wrongful death lawsuit. Quick is now awaiting his next court hearing.
