Carjacking victim pistol whipped at McDonalds

HOUSTON Deputies say the victim was at a local fast food restaurant on Haile at Percy around 11:30pm when another man approached him with a gun and demanded his minivan. The carjacker then pistol-whipped the victim in the head and took off.

The victim ran to a nearby relative's house to get help. He suffered several deep gashes to the head.
