Texans receiver Harry Williams will have surgery today to repair a fractured vertebra in his neck. The 26-year-old was hurt during the Friday night pre-season game against Dallas. He was trying to dive and make a tackle, but instead dove headfirst into the chest of a teammate.

Williams lay paralyzed on the field, but regained feeling in his arms and legs on the way to the hospital. Doctors expect him to recover.
