Suspected shoplifters lead police on chase

HOUSTON It all started when security workers at the Kohl's store on Highway 249 say they spotted a man and a woman stealing items. The suspects managed to make it to their car and take off.

The suspects drove through a fence in the Lakewood Village subdivision and out onto Jones Road, where their car got stuck. They tried to run away, but deputies caught up with them.
