Federal authorities say the same manager and teller who were on duty June 2 when the bank was held up were working Wednesday and recognized the suspects.
The FBI says the front doors were locked as the two men were seen approaching the branch of Prosperity Bank
Investigators also believe Williams and Allen are responsible for a May 19 holdup at another bank in Houston.
