Authorities there denied him entry and put him on a plane to Hong Kong after he refused to board a flight to London. Chinese immigration officials say Glitter is being turned away from Hong Kong after he was interviewed there. They may send him back to Thailand.
If Glitter does eventually end up in Britain, he'll be met at the airport by police officers and put on a sex offenders registry.
