No razor wire at Denver convention holding cells

DENVER, CO Instead the cells will be topped with chain-link fencing, the same material the walls are made out of. The plans for razor wire led some people to call the site "Gitmo on the Platte," a reference to the nearby Platte River.

The warehouse has 18 cells and can hold up to 400 people.

Authorities expect to be able to process up to 60 people an hour, though they say they aren't anticipating mass arrests.
