No indictment in food fight choke hold case

There's an update in the case of an associate principal accused of choking a studentA Fort Bend County grand jury decided not to return an indictment against Bush High School Associate Principal Andre Credit. The student, Edgar Arrellano, testified before the grand jury on Monday.

Arrellano said Credit put him in a choke hold during a food fight at the school.
