Alleged grave robber headed to jail

HOUSTON That was the sentence handed down to Kevin Jones for credit card fraud. Investigators were looking into the credit card fraud charge when they say Jones admitted that he and his friend had dug up a corpse and used the skull as a bong.

Jones and another teen implicated -- Matthew Gonzalez -- both still face charges of abuse of a corpse.
