New details on missing Rice student

HOUSTON /*Matthew Wilson*/, 21, disappeared from Houston just before final exams last December. Volunteers had been searching for him in California since June. On Wednesday, police found him using a laptop on the campus of UC-Berkeley.

When they questioned him about a series of laptop thefts on campus, he admitted who he was. Wilson has been cleared of any crimes.

Wilson added that he spent a lot of time on the UC-Berkley campus and slept near some of the buildings.

Wilson is now at a hospital.
