HOUSTON
In October, so-called 'High Occupancy Toll Lanes' will open along I-10 between the West Loop and Highway 6.
The new toll lanes will replace the current HOV lanes. Buses and carpoolers will still get to ride on the faster lanes for free, but single drivers will have to pay a toll to get where they want to go faster.
The first of five meetings is tonight at 6pm at the Kendall Library on Memorial Drive.
