Restraining order issued in fatal bus crash

HOUSTON The request was filed in order to preserve the chain of evidence, essentially making sure all evidence from the crash investigation is preserved and made available for an independent investigators. There will be a court hearing on August 25.

The request was filed by an attorney representing a man whose mother-in-law and sister-in-law died in the crash. His wife remains in critical condition.
