Would-be thief caught by police

HOUSTON Just before 3am, someone broke into a Chili's restaurant on FM 1960 near the North Freeway. The burglar thought no one was inside. But he was startled by two employees still working.

The man ran off empty-handed. Harris County sheriff's deputies arrested him about 15 minutes later.
