Authorities say they got complaints that vehicles were sold without the owners' knowledge and that some owners weren't paid what they were owed.
Yesterday, authorities went to the place with arrest and search warrants. The store owner, Craig Wood, and his son, Geoffrey Wood, were taken into custody. They are facing felony theft.
"As of right now we're still investigating," said Sgt. Bob Berry with the Conroe Police Department. "There are more employees with the company. We're still taking statements. And once we digest all of the paperwork and the records we'll know more about that later on."
The lot has some very valuable classic cars. One sold last week for about $117,000.
