Little Leaguers lose bid for World Series

WACO, TX Richmond Lamar American led against Lake Charles 6-5 in the sixth inning last night in Waco. But with two outs Lake Charles' Kennon Fontenot hit a homer to tie the game. In the seventh Lamar scored to go ahead 7-6. But another Lake Charles homer tied it up.

Then with two outs Lake Charles scored again off a wild pitch. Lamar lost, 8-7.
