Processing error frees murder suspect

HOUSTON A processing error at the district attorney's office allowed Juan Gonzales, Jr., to post bond. He is charged with murdering a 15-year-old boy back in March. He is also accused of shooting and killing his accomplice in a home invasion from early last year.
