Judge accused of evading arrest due in court

HOUSTON She is accused of running from the law on July 2. She was arrested by Harris County sheriff's deputies for leaving the scene of a burglary investigation involving two of her sons.

On July 3, Walker said that she believed the arrest was retaliation for her joining a federal civil rights lawsuit against the sheriff's office.
