A team worked quickly to make sure that both dolphins were comfortable, and then loaded them in a truck for transport to a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration property, where they were placed in a rehabilitation tank at about 5 PM.
The dolphins are currently in good condition and have been approved by National Marine Fisheries Service for immediate release back into the ocean, scheduled for today, Wednesday, August 6 at 6:30 PM.
