HOUSTON --
A driver lost control and slammed into an inside wall on Highway 290.The woman's vehicle ended up in the middle of the freeway. An 18-wheeler slammed on his breaks to avoid hitting her. That caused his load of pipes to shift. The big rig driver couldn't move his truck so he was stuck in the middle of freeway until 4:30am. No one was injured.
