Tip leads to suspect's arrest

HOUSTON Authorities arrested Andrew Garcia around 1:30am in southeast Houston without incident. They were able to find him thanks to a tip to Crime Stoppers.

Garcia is the last of three people suspected in a drive-by shooting that sent retired Officer /*Velia Ortega*/ to the hospital, where she remains in critical condition.
